My nutrition journey started about three years ago when I noticed I was getting sick from the things that I ate. A friend suggested I should do a Whole30, and I discovered how my body reacted to certain substances.
First, I found out I was definitely dairy-sensitive. Me & heavy cream, are not friends. I also found out the gluten makes me very tired. Therefore, my beloved pizza, truly is my nemesis.
I try to create and make healthy yet delicious recipes that adhere to foods that are nutrient dense that make me feel good.
